KIDS-General assembly elects 9 members executive committee. Executive committee is headed by elected chairperson, who is from the Muslim Madhesi women at the moment. As per the need, executive committee forms different sub-committee to oversee organizational performance and to support management committee. Different sub-committees (viz., HR, Finance, Procurement, GESI, and Monitoring and Senior management team) are currently functional. Executive committee nominates one focal person for each program from board for closely monitoring and supporting the programs, and one advisor for overall support to the organization as and when needed. The executive committee, on the other hand, appoints Executive Director (ED) as executive chief of the organization to carry out overall management activities of the organization. ED reports to Executive Committee on monthly basis and share the organizational progress reports and its performance regularly.
Under ED, there is provision of senior position as Program Director who provides programmatic and technical support to program team as well as to support ED, including management support and fund-raising processes. Under thematic Project Manager/Coordinators there are project staffs implementing project activities at the field level.
